Chicken Piccata with Capers and Lemon Sauce

NOTE:  This is a dish you will long remember after indulging in it’s simple but savory richness.  The chicken is tender, drenched in lemon sauce, and topped off with a bite of capers.  Stunning!



  • 6 skinless chicken breasts, medium sliced
  • Lawry’s coarse garlic salt with parsley added
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup Kitchen Basics chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup capers, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Italian curly-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Parsley Sprigs
  • Lemon wedges
