Baked Lasagna with Rosalie’s Meat Sauce

NOTE:  Baked Lasagna is still one of the most popular dishes of the Italian cuisine.  Layered noodles packed with ricota cheese, Italian cheeses, and meat sauce, this recipe explodes with Italian flavor.

Italian Meatball Subs with Marinara Sauce

NOTE:  These Italian meatball subs are great for a quick dinner dish and are very filling.   You will have enough meatballs and sauce to easily double this recipe.  Serve them with your favorite Italian salad and you are home free!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Tomato Sauce

NOTE:  This old-fashioned dish is one of my favorite comfort foods.  Hot and bubbling from the oven, these cabbage rolls are filled with a delicious filling, and topped with a savory tomato sauce.

Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

NOTE:  This dressing is not at all offensive, but rather a sweet smooth dressing that capivates the taste buds.  Perfect for the Wedge Salad with Candied Walnuts.

Sheraton’s Famous Cheesecake with Pineapple Sauce

NOTE:  Rumor has it that this cheesecake was once on the menu of the exclusive Sheraton Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.  It is one of the best cheesecakes I have ever tasted.  Served with Pineapple Sauce, this dessert is truly a “mouthful of bless.”

Creamy Homemade Mashed Potatoes

NOTE: There are no unusual ingredients in this dish, just the basics of rich cream and real butter to do the trick.   Use red potatoes, and mash with or without the skins.
